Correct. Some of the teeth on the cam looking part in the picture are gone. I have some at the beginning and some at the end but none in the middle. If they would have engineered it right they would have made the handle gear out of something softer because if it stripped it would have been...

It is a manual. And it is for sure stripped. I took the panel off and the teeth are missing. Also the handle and its teeth are fine.
