One of the imperial eagles on the tail light almost got lost, when I cleaned it...

So, that one was re-glued to the tail light, looks much better than without.

Further, I was able to secure a trunk nameplate to replace the broken old one. Just have to glue it on, when weather permits (currently strong storms and approx. 40°F here...). The rest of the old NL sticker above the tail light will also get removed.
Removal of the remainders of the broken nameplate was very easy with dental floss. Cool stuff to remove such glued on things. :)

Now, I was overdue in the rear trim finalization... Here it is

Name badge renewed, the NOS glue still did it. And the remainder of the NL sticker on the left side removed.

69-, just curious here: why did it have a NL sticker on it? Did you import the car from the Netherlands or something?

My LeBaron is an original export car (among others km/h speedo, catalytic converter delete option). As of the previous owner, who had the car the last 4 years, it was owned by a netherland couple before. I would think, they took it out for a ride only on sunny sundays, explaining the low mileage - short of 50k miles.

That's why it had the dutch bumper sticker on the trunk (was required at that time for inter-european travel).

So, the car was imported from the netherlands 4 years ago and happily lives at my house now in Germany.
