Thanks for the words of encouragement from all . Just wondering, the cost of the molds is more expensive than I originally thought for shure . The single biggest thing I learned was you have to start this process with an exit strategy or its gonna cost you time or money . I'm hoping that I will be demolding for the last time and moving on to the next step . The drivers side is coming along way faster because of the education and the positive input from the members on this page . Thanks to all !

The word is slow going I have one side 98% ready the other side is in rough body work and it's too cold in the garage to work on them . When the weather gets warmer into the 40s I can get the garage warm enough to work . Thanks for the continued interest and support.

Still say 3D printer.
I look into 3d printing early on there are some draw backs . The finishes would not be all that good . And the material that's used will not stand up to temp changes . That's why I chose to use casting resin

Im still working on the left side extention the body work is coming along but slow . The dr. Put a damper on my way of life and had to make a few changes losing weight will take care of most of it .here is a photo of where im at

Thanks guys the reason this is taking so long is you can only work so many 16 hrs. days and wrench when the time permits (none ) it's still happening i promise

3M and others have two part flexable part repair products, adhesive and filler etc..These products are epoxy biased.
