Hi Guys!

New to the site as of 2 days ago, I'm a big Mopar fan! Just this last summer, I bought a faded B5 blue on blue '79 Plymouth Volare street machine/drag car....leaning more towards to drag side, but it still has a title! Anyway, its a 440/727/ 8 3/4" swapped car (I bought it motor-less). Manual steering, manual brakes too! Needs a paint job, some wiring and the engine and she will be ready to roll! Has a roll bar and motor plate, so it is set up pretty well. I bought it out of Billings, MT where it a hopped up street machine. If any of you guys know anything about the car, please chime in!, I'd like to hear more about it.

Then it comes to the hard part, because every great racecar needs a name, right! I haven't thought of anything clever, neither have my buddies, haha! I thought I would ask you guys( and gals) if you had any sweet names that would really fit my car! Some more details about it when its done: It will have a six pack scoop on a semi-gloss black hood. The body color will probably ( not 100% certain) be either metallic orange or black. I already have a B5 blue duster, that's too much blue! The windows will be very darkly tinted black, and it will have polished Weld Draglites on it.

If you have a good name idea, or a lead on a good name, please CHIME IN!!!! I really want a clever name. Something that stands out, that's memorable, and original at the same time. Someday I would like to make some of the t-shirts with the car on the back and its name, and give them to my family and friends. Let's start a list of names, and when I pick one, I will let you guys know!

If you're reading this and don't have an idea, don't worry, at this point, I'm in the same boat!!

Thanks in advance for everything guys!

Gus

Since Volares had the Road Runner option, you can always consider that theme and include some RR decals..

A bit more aggressive, but 440 in a Volare' is not subtle. Hence the RoadGunner

Since it will be orange, you could follow the Lightning Mcqueen theme and go with something like:
