Not mine, but here is a nice looking wagon with Super Six and four speed for sale on EB .Plymouth: Volare Station wagon These are pretty hard to find, and this looks in fairly good shape although I don't like the wheels. Has Aspen tailights for some reason and looks to have had rear passenger side body panel repainted. I question the claim of only 20K miles with the seat so ripped up. I really like the dark green color. Price is not bad in my opinion.

Uh oh. I keep going back and looking at this wagon. No, I don't need another, but boy this one might have some potential. It really reminds me of my first F wagon: a '76 Volare Premier in dark brown with /6 and four speed, but not as loaded. It also reminds me of OY. A few more things I noticed on this one are that it has the manual steering wheel, but listing says power steering. Maybe it was added later? Doesn't really matter. Also, if you look closely at the pic of the drivers rear wheel well, you can see quarter panel rust, and rust in the dog leg next to the back door. There also seems to be rust coming out on the drivers side inner fender where the hood closes. The frame rails would have to be carefully checked as it doesn't specifically mention them (anybody who knows F's would know this). But, this is a relatively rare beast, and if the underneath is good, the other things I've mentioned would be fairly minor. I had looked for several years, literally, before I found OY.

With some work, this could be a nice old wagon. Got to stop looking at this.

I have seen that steering wheel on stripper cars that still had power steering.

That's interesting! I did not know that, but probably shouldn't be surprised. Mopar was putting all sorts of combinations together in those years. That actually might be why this green wagon has at least one Aspen tailight. This wagon is pretty low optioned, except for the upgraded interior, roof rack, air dam, and bumper guards. I think all the wagons had power brakes standard. Not sure if the Super Six was optional or standard on the wagons in '77. I don't think it was available at all in '76. Even though my '76 Premier wagon was fairly well optioned, it only had the single barrel slant. Still, that was a GREAT car!

I don't know my Aspen wagon tail lights at all, so you could not prove it by me, but if it is the light on the right, rear that you are questioning; I believe it was replaced with what they could find after the rear end crunch that damaged the original right, rear light assembly, and caused the repaint of the right, rear fender.

Sold for $2588 with only two bids. Not bad as long as the underneath is solid. Hope the new owner appreciates what they have.
