There's a "captured nut" inside the frame rail that the K-Frame bolts thread into. It's a good idea to drill a 1/8" hole in the frame rail and spray the threads with rust buster. Makes the job easier, you don't want that nut to spin............

I am far more interested in the comfy ride! I'll not go looking for more work.
I'm in the process of of building a 355 the hard way as we type . I'm putting a 360 crank in a 318 . I plan on back halfing the same car in the hopeful near future so I'm sure you can see why I want the rigid front suspension . Later on I'm hoping on doing a 383 magnum in the same car .

Nothing wrong with your plans.

Poly might be better for you, weight wise. The solid aluminum set I have feels heavy (more than rubber ones are) – but not as heavy as the cast iron/steel ones are.

Lost track of time...well, actually ran out of time is more like it.

Here is the "blueprint" of the isolators I have on record. I think this came from CuddaZappa, but not 100% sure.

I've got the POLY isolators in my coupe, this combined with all HD/new stuff, including the adjustable KONI shocks does give a pretty good ride. I do also have the MP cast-iron pucks and CudaZappa's aluminum pieces, have not tried them though, so I can not comment regarding the difference one would see.

Aluminum. No price yet, he said he would give me a price for one set and three sets. Gotta make tooling and write program

If it makes any difference, the Firm Feel set I have has a heavy coating (of something) on them. Clear coat maybe, IDK.

You can use them as is and not worry about corrosion for a long time.

The only area one may have issues fitting is in the K-frame holes. If they fit there (and is snug) then you are good to go.
A loose fit there will be a NO GO.
