1978 Dodge Aspen Supercoupe

Posting this for my dad. He has a 78 Dodge Aspen Supercoupe and he is the second owner and he has had the car since 1981. It is a 360 Engine 904 Trans. It has a positrac with a 276 gear. It is a A/C car but needs a new compressor. Car has been sitting for a year but was driven once a week prior and is still started about every 6 monthes or so. Has a few small spots of rust on the quarters but very small. i will try to answer as many on here as i can. Car is located in Oklahoma CIty, Ok He wants $4500 or best offer

Maybe 'cause the cars were brown? The one I was looking at in Beckley, WV in '78 had a black interior with buckets and a console. Sweet ride.

Sorry guys havent been on here in a long time and my dad doesnt look on the computer but i dont know why they had tan interior. I remember going to the nationals in indy and they all had tan interior so i dont know if there was another option. Car is still for sale. Would be a nice car for someone to restore or just put tires and do a brake job and drive it.

That car is tempting .... Somebody pick that car up and restore it ......... It might help if you take photos of underneath in critical areas where Rust may start ...... underhood in hinge area .... underhood in cowl drain flap areas , quarters where rust is , pictures of lower quarters in rear ( front and rear of tires ) ..... if i did not have my Fbody .... i would consider this car .... it is all THERE.....................

everything underneath is basically dirt or a little surface rust. The heater core leaked and made the floor on the passenger side a little weak but it did not rust through. The heater core was replaced. Hope these pics help

We also have the original exhaust manifolds, we have a spare hood , trunk lid, front bumper, another spare side window louver and back glass. may have some odds and ends plastic interior pieces but will have to look.

Someone needs this car. Good complete car with extras. I hate to see it sit outside and deteriorate.
