No No No, come on, you think its that easy to make your car legit?

Thats crazy as well as against the law, id be removing that listing/want ad if I were you. A great way to jack your car up.

You know the proper way is to get it inspected and get a state vin issued.

I seen the car on ebay, but it had two conflicting prices.

It's a federal felony to put a VIN tag from another car on yours.! Just because you say its done all the time doesn't mean that it's leagal or that you will not get caught.

What you are looking at doing is against the law. (US) States have a way to reissue a new VIN and/or a Title which would make the car legal. This is not the way to do it.

About twenty years ago, a guy in my local Mopar club spent time in jail for this very thing.
