It's up to me now to take the HP that Bruce Parsons provided and the Van Lant prepped thermoquad and put it all together to lower my ET's. I have a few ideas but always open minded for suggestions from fellow racers. I have to take "baby steps" since my funds to race are limited. Craig

Correct, but Fbodys can weigh close to 3900 lbs stock.

My 1978 Aspen wagon with a 360/160hp engine in K/SA has to weigh a minimum of 3,927. But engine problems and Murphy's law has kept it sidelined.

I'm surprised that the car ran under the index with 4.10 gears! Obviously the engine is working very well.

Fourty years ago a buddy bought a new 360 Duster, he was surprised at how slow it was so we ran it across the scale at the co-op 3,880 lbs.
My 76 Volare /6 three on tree striper was 3,500 give or take depending upon the level of the gas tank.

Are you getting the car out this weekend for some seat time or test and tune?

I might have to wonder down that way, it's less than two hours for me.
