Hello,
Recent trips when warmed up have my idle becoming a bit rough, and the rpms get so low it stumbles and almost stalls at stop signs, and will stall in reverse. Is there a way to adjust idle rpm easily? Thanks! 81 wagon, slant 6 auto…

Yes. There is an idle adjustment screw on the throttle lever, on the left side of the carb. There are two screws. One is for fast idle and only works until the choke opens enough to move the fast idle cam away. The other is for hot idle. I couldn't fins any photos but it should be clear when you see it. They are slotted screws and will have springs on them. The spring puts tension on the threads to reduce the possibility of it vibrating out.
