Yea, for some reason the inlet is about 6’ deep in the bottom there and the out-feed to the city is about 6” from the top…eventually liquid turned into crusted solids being pushed by liquids until it was so clogged the liquids began spilling out into the basement where they process the Shell Cordovan (horse ass) leather
Wow, cool, congrats.
And to your wife (on birthday, of course). And enjoy the espresso. :)

You work for Kaast now? That company's headquater seems to be only 125 miles ride away, so, whenever you have to visit head office in Germany, let me know and we meet someplace.:)
Thank you so much, I’ll pass that along to the wife. I Would love to.
They’ve tried to hire a couple techs in Chicago before and they failed to perform in the field; so there’s a big emphasis for me to just succeed when I first get sent out for a diagnostic/repair call. No pressure, lol

The "trick" is, those grease/sludge traps need to be pumped out and cleaned on a regular basis.

I remember at the Ford dealer once a year when the pit got sucked out. Stink doesn't even begin to describe it! Seemed though, like they always showed up to do it when it was cold out and all the doors were shut.

I bet. The real trick would have been the 35+ year plant engineer even knowing it was there, lol that probably would have aided in regular clean out as, we would go through a annual plant shut down and do just that in the other basins/elevator shafts in the building.

Alright, who’s gonna do the 4 cylinder LS swap? 3.6liter making 340hp and 500lb-ft of torque (possibly in the mid 500s for torque) in N/A form. Dressed long block is about 300lbs.
