Not an M related but my other car's front drain tubes are clogged: when it rains the front of the headliner/a pillar get wet and drips and floor always gets soaked, I've poured water down the track and back two work fine, but the front two drain very slowly, how do I fix this, neither my Diplomat or Legend (my only other sunroof cars) had this issue

There's a special tool made for it. Like a braided cable with a ball on the end (less than $10).

However, a length of heavier string trimmer line will also work. Run it in like a sewer snake.

Don't use anything like a coat hanger that will damage the tube or compressed air which can blow the tube off the drain opening.

On cars with a rubber "valve" at the tube exit, cut it so it's open all the time. That's where the clogs begin. That was an Audi/VW recall when I was suffering at an Audi/VW dealer in the late 2000's.
