My wife picked these up for a couple bucks for the set.

The biggest pipe you can run off a stock exhaust manifold is a 2 1/4" since that is the size of the opening. If you want it to breath, you need headers or the mentioned Dutra Duals. Ford 300 inline six valves are a good upgrade (slip right in, after some machine work of course), as are 340 valve springs. I would use a free flow air cleaner... why restrict the flow?
