it is a 26x17, I ordered the wrong one. they would fit better on a 26x18. The brackets are just 1 1/2 x 1/16" aluminum with thread inserts.

My (factory) FMJ 26” wide core radiators all are 18” high (core) – so I can see how could be a problem. I will pick up a used one and see how it will fit.

I used the Jeep Grand Cherokee rear cables, and the intermediate cable for a 79 Magnum. The custom parts I made help reduce the extra length.

just finished putting the interior in, so the movie to the new garage can be easier. The upholstery on my seats is complete shit, but the foam padding is still good and comfortable.

That's exactly why I asked you. I know that the vapor blister on the top of the tank interferes with the trunk floor. I can't see clearly in the picture of your trunk what you did about it.

I layed on the floor under the car and wacked the passenger side of the hump to round out the side of the hump to get some clearance

I did the same thing. Looking back on it now I wish I hadn't. Put a bulge in the trunk floor and just feels hackish. Really no other way to do it though if you're using a factory tank. Don't know if it'll be an issue, but be aware you'll only have enough room for 2.5" pipes on either side of the tank.

originally I was going to cut the hump out and move it, but I was able to relieve the bottom enough for clearance without much massaging.

I have a new tank that I plan on modifying for an internal fuel pump (for Injection).
Fuel Tank Proposal.jpg

Sense I will be cutting into and welding on it, if I can modify it "more" by doing this?
Dorman 576-002.jpg

Making a cut "one rib over", flipping it and welding is back?

That's a great idea for fixing the interference issue. The problem I have with it is that the rollover valve has a 3/16 ? hose connector. I don't think that's sufficient for performance use. Does anyone know of a high flow rollover valve?
