I've trying to find documentation that says what wheels came on what FMJ cars. I've been told that all 5th ave's up to 87/88 have 15x7 wheel on all four corners for instance. If that's true, how about diplomats etc? All of the "spec" sites seem to be all over the place that I can find. Any help would be great.

Afaik as far as M’s go, the only ones that had different wheels were the AHB Cop cars. Otherwise it was the standard Mopar 5x4.5/114.3 15x7 wheel.

Thanks. Safe to assume that's on all four corners?

All civvy model M bodies 80-89 came standard equipment with those 15x7 steelies. They have the additional holes between the lug holes to mount the locks for the wire wheel covers that are so common on them.
