Nice, that's moving pretty well!

With the warmer weather here finally I managed to get back into the garage and clean the place up so I can get back into my W2 stroker build...

What kind of crowds do Kil-Kare Speedway attract theses days? Used to go there frequently when I lived in Ohio.
Back in the late 70's/early 80's I'd go there with a friend of mine back in the day, Chuck Pickett, who raced a 67 Barracuda fastback with a built 440, narrowed rear end, fender well headers. It ran high 10's/low 11's ET's.
I lost contact with Chuck over the years after leaving Ohio, but know he passed away a few years ago.
Wonder what ever became of his old race car.

Well it's a 318 4 bbl. Stock cast intake, thermoquad, stock lift cam (.390 intake, .420 ex.) Limited modifications allowed for stock eliminator. Has to weigh 3505 with driver. 13.00 index for my class which is N/SA. Still has more ET in it but I'm slowly getting there. :D

Damn man, that's impressive.

Would you mind posting your timeslip? LOL, and I'm not asking b/c I do NOT believe you...ha ha, instead I am curious how you got that car to hook as well as it must be?

Here is my slip from way back in 2014, the car did get faster since but the 60 ft times remained abysmal regardless (worse so actually).

I know that I have practically no weight transfer in my ride as it is set up for street handling, but still, with a great set of Nitto NT555Rs out back (275-60R15) I should be able to move off the line faster - I think anyways.

My combo is 3650 lbs with me in it, that was a fairly stout 360 motor, 238/244 @0.050 with .540 lift hydraulic flat tappet cam on 108LSA, Perfomer RPM intake, ported '596 heads, Carter TQ, 1-5/8" primary tube headers, 3" X-pipe, 4K converter, 727 and 3.91 SG rear end.

Last time around sometime around 2017 season I think, the car ET'ed in 12.8s at about 106MPH, but I do not have that timeslip..grrhh!
