It Friday night.
It was dark when I finally finished putting the 1957 330 International tractor hydrualic housing back on the tractor. No gaskets for it anymore, so plenty of permatex used. The Mr. helped by lifting that heavy a$$ piece up with his mahindra so we could swing it back over the tractor and lower it.
Futzed with the bolts for about 20 minutes, but got everything tightened back up tonight-- just in case it rains.
Which means, since we finished getting it buttoned up, it definitely won't rain.

Came in, cleaned up and fixed turkey & dressing enchiladas for dinner. tasty!

Wore him out so he went to bed, bless his heart. There is no quit in that man.

I'm sitting here watching Roadkill. They are taking a pace arrow motorhome apart to get the engine and stuff it in a 68 dodge charger body.
I realize I'm sitting here watching this car show and crocheting a headband/ear warmer for my friend who has taken a job recently as a school crossing guard.

Suddenly it occurs to me I have everything I could every want in just one day:
- 75 degree day, clouds, light breeze
-My husband, his tractor, and his help
-Plenty of tools and extra flashlights to finish up the hydraulic cleanout & everything in the dark
-Good food, home made and tasty
-Car show on tv (in color)
-Crochet with really soft yarn, a new pattern which is turning out great.

One really great day. I'm hoping you each get to have one like this . . . .

I put most of my projects on the back burner for the last 11 months or so while my wife was pregnant/postpartum.
Trying to find the time and energy to go out in the garage while it’s 38 degrees and get my rear sway bar mounts welded and mounted to the frame and finally get the sway bar under the car. Trying to use your post as my motivation; maybe I can get my buddy, Jorge over to lend a helping hand.

Is that Youtube? I used to do Youtube when it was still decent. You can make your own gasket next time. It's easy and cheap. Hope all goes well with the tractor. And the Mr

Roadkill is on cable but I have the directv set to record it so I don't know the channel.
No doubt there are episodes all over the internet.

Camtron ... give it just a little more time... won't be long and the bambino will be helping you in the garage.

It’s crazy. Little guy is bigger and more aware everyday.
In other news, me and my buddy Jorge got the sway bar mounts welded in and mounted. Car feels great and handles with a night and day difference.
