I work in a garage. With a very cool boss. Which is making this alot easier. Last car I did was in the driveway with a jack & jack stands. Now I'm spoiled.

Yeah 8.25. I didn't see a reason to spend more money than necessary and go with a 8.75 set up. Maybe if I planned on drag racing it. I'm just building this as a fun "toy" it'll never hook ha ha.

I agree. And a lot less weight than an 8.75. I have 8.25 with HD yukon 3.21 and a Mopar sure-grip

Pulled heater core and dash panel for cowl/firewall repair and floor pan fabrication and installation. This is what you encounter when you buy a car out of state without seeing it. It's worth it to me. Is it worth it for investment purposes NO. However I'll enjoy this car when it's done and keep this wagon alive. To me it'll be one of a kind

Nice! Definitely worth the work, as you wrote. This is for YOU. Who cares about anything else. It's making it a good car for you!

Yeah my coworker is REALLY good at fabrication and welding. I certainly can't weld that good. Next is the frame connectors. Primed the engine tonight and tomorrow I'll paint it. Burned the old rubber out of the spool motor mounts last night .I'm replacing them with Prothane. I'm hoping that by next weekend I drive it home . I still need to put the heater box back in and dash assembly, but the floor is seam sealed and rubber coated and I want to dynomat it before I lay the carpet back down. It's getting there............

Me thinks YOU can. I've seen your work ;)

And that does look GREAT!

If I could do that kind of work, all the cars and trucks I could OWN and SAVE!
