info on the sale page:
this car runs beautifully. $1,976.00 or the best reasonable offer. There is no air conditioner. odometer reads 40,000 I'm assuming it's been turned over at least once. This car has been extremely dependable and is ready to drive it probably could use a little tuning up.

thanks for putting a better link up... first one resolves for me but so does the 2nd.

I've been posting lots of these beauties lately... surfing looking for a 59 coronet or a
77 cordoba....

I keep showing some of the older/odd/interesting cars to my husband.
Takes his mind off his joint pain while we cuss and discuss the relative merits.

Said he doesn't want a brown car or one from the 70s because they are all rust buckets.
I just remind him there is a 77 cordoba in our future, unless and until Dr. Lebaron tires of his lovely green baby. He just grumps at me and heads to the garden. lol :)

By the way, BudW, have you ever been to the self-picking auto salvage over in Lamar county, TX. I believe its in Reno or just east of there.

20-30 Years ago, I had been to most if not all of the auto salvages in the Tulsa, OK area, but only a couple in the Oklahoma City area. None outside of Oklahoma – so, no, not yet.

Not even sure where Lamar county TX is at.

If this car had A/C and was ½ the price I might be looking at it.

Looks like a decent start for somebody. Pretty low optioned: PS, PB, auto, remote mirror, roof rack, rear air dam, body side moldings, chrome window trim. This was called the "Custom" level I believe in '76. In '76 and '77 they offered base, Custom, and Special Edition. Starting in '78, you could basically pick and choose what options you wanted with what level, so many more combos were possible. These old F's are starting to become more unusual out there.
