I believe it's 1953.
Post #57, I would have NEVER known it once was a gas station.
#60, with the Stag logo, I guess that area used to be a huge area for horse barns, which made sense, because the race track is down the road.
That was the last horse barn in the area and they built a school @1927.

I'm sorry. Should have specified, yes #62. Truck driving at the camera looks 30s. But the backs of the cars, and the bus? beyond the IH shop look to be 50s.
