Yes, ive all the sales lit and such but no pics of an actual car in them.

Ive a car coded for them and just happen to find a set on ebay that might be usable but I never seen my car as it left the factory (dif color, ect) and although I recall seeing a pic or two of cars with that stripe color pattern there wasnt many then and not many pics now.

How about this one? I can't see enough detail to see the perimeter color on the stripes on this car though. The blue/black stripes were much more common on white and black cars

Believe it or not both cars I posted are color code b5. The first one is 76 b5 (Jamaican blue) the second one is 77 b5 (French Racing blue)

It was a nice car.

That's what my '70 Barracuda Gran Coupe had on it when I bought the car in 1981, chrome steel slots.

Although I call them blue and black they are really two tone blue, one just a dark dark blue.
B5 is odd in different light, Trey, to me that second one you posted looks aqua blue.

I had one of those in like 85 I swear it had the blue stripes on it but in the pics im not so sure.

I got the car for $300 cause it was such an ugly color combo but it was a 360 car with white interior.

I didnt keep ugly car long.

I dont think I could have these blue stripes on anything but a B5 car, maybe just too fugly.

Yea I realized the one you were talking about it was a 78 or 79 silver with the blue stripes.

I've never seen the blue RT stripes on any blue cars in person, only in pics and they were all the softer blues. I've never seen the bright 76 b-5 Jamaican blue car with blue stripes in pics or in person, so they had to be pretty rare.

Here's the color charts for 76 and 77 Dodge and b-5 changes colors between the years. They didn't offer b-5 in 78-79

The car you posted and the second one I posted could be either the 76 b4 Big Sky blue or the 77 b5 French Racing blue or 77 b2 Wedgewood blue. It's hard to tell from pics but it's not the bright blue I associate with b-5 like the car in the first pic I posted, which was a '76 only color.

Here's a pic of b-5 French Racing blue:

And here's another pic of a Blue RT with blue stripes

Again, hard to tell which color it is exactly in these pics but it's not the bright 76 b5 Jamaican Blue. And since the car has t-tops, which weren't available in '76, it has to be one of the softer blues in 77. Hope all this makes some sense.

’77 B5 blue (French Racing Blue) is the color my wagon was painted, is just not the same as the older B5 (or newer) paint color.
When I was looking at buying my wagon, I really wanted one without woodgrain – but wasn’t excited about the color. That said, it has grown on me and the color does stand out in the crowd (not sure if a good thing, or not …).

I get a chuckle, when I think about ”French Racing Blue”. I think “really”?
It looks more like Petty blue, but what do I know.

Dang Bud I never made the connection to your wagon but always liked the color. Although I considered my RT in the two pics there fugly in 85 id kill for it today. Its crazy how they picked the color names, I do wonder what they were thinking calling it French?

Old Iron, the stripes I have are in the pic I posted 5 posts in, the two stripes with the open center.

But I vividly recall the one I posted pics of getting it for $300 vs the $500 listed price because the seller said no one could go for the color.

Didn't you post about the early 76 RR and the differences, maybe you have something like that in the stripes.

Who knows why car companies name colors like they do. Sometime's it's like "huh?". The ('69) B5 on my Aspen is just called Bright Blue Poly but the burgandy-ish color on my Mustang is "Sangria Red". What the bleep is a sangria? Easiest one to remember is the Dakota, "Black". No fancy name, just black.

I've been looking off and on around the interweb and the blue stripes must have been very rare. Only found one pic but it's of a '78 or '79 (think it's the same car in the video you posted) I found orange, red, yellow, green, white but no blue.
