really wanted to rebuild this 78 Aspen RT but the rust was just too much. So I decided to make my 80 Volare into a 78 RT clone
This is the car that was featured in Mopar Action and won the Dyno Challenge in Mopar Muscle in 2017.
I have 2 antiques, my step-mopar, 67 Rambler Rebel convertible, and the 78 Volare I bought to fix up with my son.
Car looked nice and clean after a wash and wax, so I stopped to snap a few pics.
My 2 F bodies.. both are insanely mint, the RR has only 26,000 miles and the Aspen has 90,000kms !
here is my 1983 Dodge Diplomat. my father passed her down to me. shes an 83 Dip formerly used by the Nassau County Police in NY. the car isn't in good condition at this time and hasn't run since around 2010 but i hope to fix her up soon.
235/75R15 on 7'' OEM Dodge Ramcharger alloys, Kenosha Upgrades, KYB shocks in back.
This is a project car that hopefully one day will be on the road again.It runs,but is missing most of the drivers floor and firewall.I don't want to have to wear a helmet and chaps just to drive to the corner store.
My garage was well used in it's heyday,but now it's mainly used for storage and a little tinkering here and there.It is also where I park my Historic ride.

Hmmm, does this mean an actual garage? I keep my Mirada in an Amish build wooden "garage". Pretty nice,, mouse tight, solid floor, but as far as I can tell, not too many actual garage pics here. Oh well.
