The part @80mirada posted is what you want. Unbolt existing caliper from old bracket and support it, change rotors, caliper brackets (and new pads to go with new rotors), and reattach the calipers. Can be changed in about an hour (or two hours if a 6-pack is close by...).
This is a great time to replace brake fluid and bleed da brakes - but not a requirement for this upgrade.

There is another vendor who has (or had) new repop caliper brackets - but can't think of his name (Mopar brake something or another) based in Texas.

Any B/R-body '75 to '81 will have 'em.
The caliper mounting bolts are longer, so if getting a used set, be sure to get the bolts, as well.

Some B/R bodies have the pin-type caliper and others have the slider-type caliper. The slider type will allow you to reuse your existing brake calipers (which is used on all FMJ vehicles).
The pin-type brackets will also require pin-type calipers, brake pads and hoses to work.

The picture in post #3 is the sliding type brackets.
