It'll be ten years before we see one that isn't missing 5 teeth again

The cost will come down soon, it will happen. It could be done right now but it would take days to print it and cost a ton.

My wiper cam part is off a 3D printer, it hasn't given me any trouble

The good thing about 3D printing is the labour is mainly the CAD work. You don't HAVE to do a run of 50 of something. You can do 3, or even 1

There was either some shill bidding going on or those grilles are worth a lot more than I thought. I've seen solid F body shells for that

Yea, but that shell won`t have a grille in it. 78-79 Aspen or Volare grills are almost impossible to to come by. It did go higher than I thought it would. I stopped bidding on it when it was less than half what it sold for.

I just picked up an NOS one about 9 months ago for $300. I guess I got lucky. I was reluctant, but worried I may not see another one any time soon

Ours are not catalog cars, you either have to let them fall apart or pay what you pay when parts come along. Plastic parts really didn't survive over time, especially in the south and southwest
