They make metal/steel ones and (out of lack of better description) aluminum ones. The later ones are not very strong and not seen or used a lot.
You are best to find a metal/steel replacement.
If you get one with too many ports, then rubber caps work fine.
Repairs to aluminum ones don’t take or hold very well – so finding a replacement would be a good thing to do.
The good news is all V-8’s and /6 from about ’60 unto ‘83ish (until Magnum) will fit. I have seen them aftermarket and occasionally on eBay.
There are ones with and without brake booster (the big port).
Some have a screw on connector and metal pipe going to the brake booster (can be used in a pinch)
No one uses the same “name” for that part. Vacuum Tree, Vacuum Port, Vacuum Manifold are a few of what people call it.
Chrysler calls it a “Connector”.in the part books/service manuals, but something else by the official part number.
