It is a flipper, but now with different rubber.

I was looking closely at the engine compartment and the AC and heater hoses are gone.
I suspect a heater core leak.
Also they chopped a hole on the drivers side over the windshield wipers.
I have had 3 Ms now where IDIOTS couldn't figure out how to remove the arms to replace the wiper bushings.
So they just cut a hole.
And with the history of T-Top leaks, I would look very closely under the floor for rust/rot.
