I went by my local pull-a-part to get some parts for my pickup, and ran across this beauty – a ’84 5th Ave.
At this time, this is the only FMJ vehicle on the lot.
The wiper linkage feels tight. Has a good grey headliner and vehicle has a single legged 7¼” differential. The back glass plastic shell is broken on both sides. The outside trim/chrome item appear to be nice/straight.
The power antenna mast has been bent/broken for some time – so I suspect the antenna motor is toast (but might be good for parts – IDK)
I picked up a red headliner, with overhead console, from the last 5th Ave that was there. I do have plans on getting this grey one and using it (so will have a red one, with console) available shortly).
Anyway, car had just made it to the yard on 12/2/16 and is expected to be there for about another three months, roughly.
Unrelated - but something I don’t see very often is two of the same Year/Male/Model/Color vehicles in a row (light blue ’91 New Yorker’s).
