I've seen this before. But, here it is again:
1977 DODGE ASPEN SPORT
I think this was sold to a collector a year or so ago, and it is apparently up for grabs again. Very nice little coupe with amazingly low miles! I'd be interested to know the story of this coupe.

Mopar-Brett owned that one. He sold me the wagon two weeks after he bought it so he could buy this two door car. It is as clean and as crisp as a new car!! Brett got it from Michigan I believe. Current owner was asking $11k at Englishtown last year.

If it is close to a new car as it appears, 9K is a bargain, even 11K seems quite reasonable. I wonder who owned it originally to put so few miles on it, and it must have been garaged too. Only 9K miles is really like a new car - only 40 years old. It reminds me of the very low mileage red Volare wagon that was featured in Hemming's Classic Car magazine last year. I think that only had about 9K on it too. I believe the F's, along with the M's and J's are starting to be more sought after and prices will rise - which is both good and bad, depending. One low mileage '77 t-top coupe that I remember being sold, I think in Florida, a few years back was stunning - at least to me. I love the green color, particularly the interior. Wish I could have bought that! I wonder who got it. Here are a few pics I have of it from the time it was being sold:

Now that I think of it, there has been a few very low mileage F's to surface in the past few years. Another one, with only 6K I think, was this plain Jane green four door with almost no options except for automatic. It was even a radio delete, which I had never seen before. Terrible wheels. Don't remember what it went for, and no idea where it went either.

Then there was the "raffle coupe" that only had 7K I think. It was won in a raffle and never driven. I think it was written up in Hemmings too a while back.

Of course, there are the F's that have not been so fortunate to lead such a pampered life:

So, some of the F's that need a bit more work and attention can be had for less if you are willing to spend a few weekends buffing out the dings:

Ugh! I wonder what shape that grille was in before Forklift Frank got to it?

Well naturally, the grille was probably perfect when the car got to the yard. You just know it was.:(

From the Volare add, it sounds like the original owner was an elderly person who seldom drove and then passed away many years ago, then the car went into storage.
Example: My 87 year old dad bought a brand new 2012 Charger and it doesn't even have 3,000 miles on it yet and it's the only car he ever drives.

That Charger has a great chance at becoming a survivor. Hopefully one day it will come to you. I have a 1950 Pontiac Silver Streak Chieftain Deluxe with only 40K on it. I'm the second owner, the first being my best friends long deceased aunt who bought it new off the dealer showroom floor. It's a big, heavy, slow, monster that I very rarely drive. I've had it for years, although I have no particular interest in Pontiacs. It's just not my kind of car. I am going to try to sell it this year if I can get around to it. I have infinitely more interest in the Aspen wagon.
