Just a few quick things I wanted to point out. There will be more coming.

    Getting to your user controls
Its easy -- Just hover over your username on the top right of any page.

Pushover APP: Alerts sent to your phone or Tablet

Pushover sends forum alerts and notification of conversation messages to your phone or tablet. In your User Controls, click on EXTERNAL ACCOUNTS and follow the instructions to sign up and download the app. Its free to try for a few days, and then costs only $5. Also, for the $5 all sites that use pushover are included, so when we get it on the other Mopar forums, you will be able to get alerts from them also.

    User Tagging
You can now tag other users so that they are alerted to your post. You only need to put @ before their username. Like, @Joeychgo

    Finding your posts
From your user controls, you have a selection for "Your Content" which lists your posts.

I'm lost, and it is making me crazy. I have tried several different settings in Alerts, alert preferences, and external accounts, and I can not get the forum to quit sending alerts to my subscribed E-Mail, that somebody has posted something new to a thread that I have posted to also. I only want to receive an E-Mail from the forum if somebody PM's me directly. How can I turn off the other alerts, and just receive an E-Mail alert for a PM?

I still really like the new software a lot. I am sure i just have over-looked a setting in this case. Thanks for the help in advance.

    Hit alerts at the top

Then hit alert preferences and the menu will pop up and you can select what notifications you want to receive.

Hover over your username on the top right, and then a menu will drop down. Look for Alert Preferences and click on that

Yes Gentleman I have been here. The best I can do is keep unchecking various boxes at this point. The messages will have to eventually stop. I just do not want to uncheck to much, and shoot myself in the foot, and not receive notification that I have new PM's.

    Thanks for the thoughts.

I am sad to report I have now unchecked everything in this mentioned section, and am still receiving the E-Mail alerts when new posts come into messages that I have posted to. Any ideas?

At the bottom of the email you should see a link that says unsubscribe to this thread. Or something to that effect. Click that and it'll take you to a page to do so.

In the post reply box it is under, "More Options". It is ashame that there is not a global setting for this action.

OK... I found the answer I think.

Go to "Watched Threads" on the navigation bar above.

Then click "Show All Watched Threads"

Then you get a list of all watched threads and there is a checkbox on the left of them. Click the checkbox of the threads you no longer want to watch or receive subscriptions for. After you have selected the threads you want to unwatch or receive email notifications for - there is a drop down menu below that lets you choose to do what you want to do.
