I'm going to hit these guys after work or if a slow day, at lunch. Century motors has a lot of old stuff and are for us hobbiest. I got the big dog bone bracket for the caliper and bolts for 35 bucks- thats both sides off a 79 cordoba. IT was for a drum to disk conversion using the a body spindles. Anyhow, I get some photos and some details. These guys usually let me in the lot with an escort. I'll post what I find. Anyone with specific needs...... you know the deal. Let me know, I'll ask the cost. You reinburse the purchase and cost to ship. I love going junk'n....... now I'm kind of giddy.

this was the police auction car I saw in May... funny how things work out

I got the hold down for the jack and What looks like the support for the front fender to frame. this is a bench seat car (low option) but very good condition interior. Sorry no center console or lid for that matter. Hit me with a PM

here is what I picked up today

Ok I did NOT buy the doors .... he wants 175 each. the doors are really nice.
The bumpers are non rubber trim type without the bumperettes...... I like em. The front has good chrome... the back is pitted, but straight. the doors are real nice. The interior is low option but nice. 85 mph speedo column shift auto

This is a good parts car with a super 6 with all the parts minus the grille. If you want these guys directly: they are in the Craigslist ad above.

Sorry man I was at one of our local carshows all day. I did send a response to your PM. I'll talk to those folks at Century motors on Tuesday and also call the old couple at Albion motors- since they had 2 coupes with real good 1/4s and it is a "You pull it" so it should be less money. I guess that would mean "I pull them" for you, but that ain't a big deal, just let me know where you want your cuts made. Best idea there are to take a picture of your car and photoshop (or MS paint) some lines with a contrast color. Kind of like "cut the paper on the dashed lines" like in grammar school. I'm always thinking, better to get more off the donor car and trim away of what you don't need, so don't be conservative with the cut lines.

Just an update: I been going every week now to Century Motors and this week they were getting a lot of calls for the Volare and parts. Some dude on the phone wanted the trunk lid and taillights. I grabbed the glove box and lock. we thought the lock would work in the Cuda- it is not the correct length. so anyone need a glove box door and non lock knob? I need to go back on Wednesday and see about some other parts off the volare. Again these guys are being very good sports about this car. They will cut it up, but you must deal with them directly. call them at the number in the add- they are set up to ship big items and accept credit cards- At least

If they get it pretty much stripped out on the dash, I need the vent cable with the pull handle on the drivers side, and the complete vent on the passenger side for the air vent. This is for a 77 Volare rr. Thanks

I grabbed the grille already. But the slider cable is still there. It is an A/C car.

I have a complete vent for the passenger side that came out of a 77 Volare if you still need one Bob. I'll try to get a picture later.
