Most times the old plastic is so discolored and yellowed that no amount of cleaning will help.

Work pays me a lot more per hour. If I'm going to work, I'll do it there. I'm just seeing if someone needs this to help them. They can clean it to the best of their ability. It is missing the top mounting tab. I'm moving soon. If someone needs it, I'll take $10 + actual shipping costs.

If someone needs one, being dirty shouldn't be an issue. It's not for a resto, just for function. He only wants 10 dollars. I wouldn't waste my time cleaning, advertising, and packaging for 10 bucks. At least he's offering it instead of throwing it in the trash.
