Im a bit confused on the "ends" these are the door pull/arm rests that would be in a 2 door coupe like a road runner. I think your thinking of like a se or premium that has the upper pull strap on the door panel.
Sorry for any confusion, but there doesnt seem to be a easy part number on these one number shown for the cover and one for the plastic, neither in the parts book that I can find.
