I'm putting this here for now as a heads up. I will disseminate all to the correct threads after I get the inventory organized more.

Okay, I have a friend who is selling off his tractor trailer full, 40 ft long, of blocks, heads, pistons, rods, etc. Plus everything in his shop including Sunnen hone, tire machine, industrial sandblast cabinet, parts washer cabinet, welding stuff, tools compressors, etc. Lathe for drums and discs, Smith 100 compressor, dump truck.

The blocks and all in the trailer are already machined, and or bored decked aligned etc, greased and bagged. heads too are rebuilt completely and milled and bagged or boxed.

340, 360, 383, 440, slant 6's, all makes as well in all sizes. Including 428, 429, Boss 302, 289, 401, 455, 454, 396, 327, 350, 400. seriously folks, going cheap.
The inventory is numbered and corresponds to the boxes and bags which are also numbered. the inventory is some 30 pages of legal tablet single spaced...stay tuned and or PM me with your desires and I will see about it. Lots of 340/360 stuff...remember,all are already machined and ready to run, not rusted solid junk. looked in several bags and boxes, could not tell if it was new or redone.
EDIT::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
There are 78 bare blocks. 15ea. 350 Chevy, 4ea. 400 Chevy, 1ea 400 Pontiac, 1ea. Chrysler 440, 2ea. Chevy 396, 5ea. Chrysler 360, 2ea. Chrysler 340, 7ea. Chrysler 318, 2ea. Ford 351 Windsor, 4ea. Ford 289/302?, 1ea. Pontiac 428, 2ea. Pontiac 301, 2ea. Olds 350 diesel, 1ea. Chevette 98, 1ea. Ford 200, 1ea. Chrysler 273, 1ea. Chevy 262, 1ea. Chevy 265, 1ea. Chevy 305, 3ea. Chevy 307, 2ea. Chevy 292, 2ea. Chevy 250, 1ea. Ford 250, 2ea. Chrysler 225, 1ea. Ford 240/300, 1ea. Continental 162, 1ea. Continental 227/240, 1ea. Ford 240/300, 2ea. Ford 2liter, 1ea. Ford 2.3ltr, 2ea. Chevy 153, 1ea. Chevy 2.5ltr, 1ea. Wisconsin THD motor.

EDIT:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

He has said he will entertain offers for the entire contents of the garage minus the tools and attachments for the Sunnen Hone machine and parts washer and sand blast cabinet, unless your offer includes them as well. It is chock full of tools, power tools, two smb 727 trannies fresh rebuilds, and toolboxes and cabinets of nuts bolts, consumables, big cabinets with things like a Dowel pin puller set, a die set, other hand tools and things. I would say that an offer for everything should be in the 5000---7500 range. Without the large pieces 1000-2500 range. Be quick because local folks are sniffing around too, and they don't have to ship.....oh and a complete 318 motor.

Do you know if there is a distributer machine and/or an electronic engine scope (for use on pre-computer cars) available?

I do not. I just now organized the inventory papers. I will look through the machine and equipment list though and get back to you in a minute..

Here's the whole list, without prices because he has no clue what things are worth today. Ask and I will get him to decide or I will decide..when you see the NYLEN pistons that is the manufacturer, not the material, the 225/6 head with the remark " no tubes" it is the type that uses tubes, there are just not any with it. I will ship, world wide. Or, you can bring a truck and come get it.

I have a couple of (random) comments about your list.

First picture: “Nylen pistons”? You might want to clarify on that.
The first thing that comes to mind is plastic pistons.

The intake list: The 318 LA 2-bbl intakes do not have much value and shipping will cost way more than the intake is worth. They might have more value in the cost of scrap iron (or boat anchors, or door stops . . . ).
With that said, the pair of 340/360 intakes do have value and are sellable. Part or Casting numbers for the intakes will be a selling point

The cylinder heads picture. The 225 /6, comment of “no tubes” could be defined a couple of different ways. They made heads with tubes for spark plugs and a newer version of head that doesn’t use tubes – so you might want to clarify your notes on that (no tubes mean tubes are missing or the tubeless design).

Is there any possibility of shipping parts, or is this a cash-n-carry off yourself operation?

I will ship, and I will ask him those questions you brought up, and thanks. Some of his notes are cryptic, and he wrote them all back in 1985.
