Someone asked me a question about this on their '81 Cordoba, with manual windows, and I wanted to post here with pictures.

The question was re-worded a bit for clarify.
The drivers side window is banging when window is down.
It also feels like it skips a tooth or two, when you roll it up the last 3/4 to 1".
Could it be plastic rollers, manual window regulator, or pop-rivets or track bar?

Attached are pictures from my '82 parts book, as well as my '79 parts book (F & M 2-door) but they are not really compatible. I don't have the '80 or '81 parts book to look at or any service manuals for J-bodies.

The last two pics are a blowup of the first picture.

These pictures are from my '79 parts manual and apply to F and M-body 2-doors, only.

Window rattling can be stopped by adjusting or replacing the 'fuzzy anti rattlers' see pic.
I'd check the window regulator for missing teeth, on the skipping issue.

For some reason J-body manual regulators like to break teeth off. The fuzzy window guide blocks are available, but they will have to look for E&B body stuff to find them, or some body shop supply places have small part displays
