Came here from the A and B-body forums to bask in the refreshing intelligence of FMJ member @Opticon77 . It's a joy to read posts by someone who tinkers with Mopars who isn't afraid of trying new things and opening new doors.

Edit: Especially in regards to suspension. 6 degrees of caster FTW.

Well, I've built a '68 Satellite with HEI ignition, a Ford coil, FMJ brake components, and achieved 6 degrees caster - so if anything, we're kindred spirits when it comes to giving a hoot about conventional Mopar norms :D

Here's the build thread from ages ago. Lots of dead TinyPic pictures which I've got to re-upload someday: '68 Satellite 4-door light refurb...and big fat engine swap.

I've also encouraged numbers-matching and "you can't do it that way" elitists to go visit the tallest cliff in the county. Maybe the stubbornness requires two accounts? :cool:
