J-body fuel line wanted

I can't get to the line...it's the one that runs under the A-arm in a panel that refuses to come out.

you can't get the panel in the top of the frame rail out? Should be 3-4 screws . I got mine out when I painted in there.

Rusted, torqued, and has conquered one of my Craftsman 3/8 ratchets. My entire being went into not bashing it out with a small hatchet. Looking for a air grinder to turn both bolts into standard screws.

The neighbors are starting to become concerned about my swearing capabilities...

Lol, what about using steel tubing from your local auto parts store? I use it for fuel and trans cooler lines.
