You can check ride height by measuring from the lower control arm inner pivot bushing to the floor. Stock spec is 10 1/2", pivot bushing shell to floor. Could be rear springs are sagged and the back end is too low(?)

Also has torsion keys in the front you can adjust maybe they were adjusted to give it the highest ride height.

It sounds like someone cranked the bars up too much. Set ride height using the adjusting bolts on each side of ther k-frame. Remember though, the bolt on the right adjusts the left side and vice-versa. Adjust them to get the 10 1/2" from the lower control arm inner pivot to the floor s measured at the bottom of the bushing shell. Don't recall off hand what size hex the bolts are.

Ty guys,esp Aspen500
yes, that makes a lot more sense, and i bet thats what it is,
because the k frame bushings and all are still brand new.
ty also for those measurements too.

also, while they Should be replaced because of age,
the rear leafs still sit right and also a bit high.

A Magnum 360 isn't all that much heavier than a S6 (roughly 75 lbs more). When I went from S6 to big block, only needed to give each adjusting bolt about 5 turns to get the ride height back, IIRC. It was in 1989 so the memory gets a little hazy.:D
