Times are good
Times aren't so good.

Times were good
Times weren't so good.

Welcome to Christmas.

A maelstrom of emotional overload.

What a glorious time.
Makes you take stock of everything in your life.
Family, friends and all the gifts you truly have in everyday life.

I could write a good size book about the kicks in the heart I've taken over the years
Many can,
The moral of the story is,
In spite of the hardships, life is pretty damn beautiful
And for me anyway,
Christmas is always a time of reflection and taking stock.

And every year, regardless of what life hits me with,
I always seen to come out ahead..

You guys are part of that.

Merry Christmas my friends
I wish you the absolute best.

God Bless.

Merry Christ mas. Remember to keep Christ in Christmas.

Actually, it's very refreshing and reassuring to see how many people have said
Merry Christmas to me this year and not happy holidays, etc.
Christmas is Christmas and there's no room for politically correct BS.

Merry Christmas to my FMJ Friends. Good point above. I purposely say "Merry Christmas" to a certain individual I work with as a dig, because he makes it a point to use the "Happy Holidays" phrase. Funny thing, I was brought up to say Merry Christmas to everyone as an extension of friendship, peace, joy, happiness etc. It gives me peace, joy and happiness to now I piss folks off (like this dude) when I greet them with "Merry Christmas"...............

For those of you young pups who couldn't guess.
It's a 78rpm record.
One of my favourite festive pastimes is spinning Christmas 78's
On my 1956 Telefunken Hi Fi.
VERY COOL.

Absolutely and incredibly cool!
I had one for years.
One year my buddy and I combined our track
We had it going around two thirds of the living room.
We had the multiple track train yard and signals, switches, you name it.
Two transformers!!

Thanks for sharing man
You just brought it all back.

Gotta get a train!!!!!

I was always partial to, "When Veronica plays the Harmonica". My Dad used to tell me when I was a kid that they wrote that song about my Mom (Veronica obviously), but I don't ever remember her playing a harmonica?
