Today I made some of the best baby back ribs I have ever made. 1 hour open on the grill with some pecan wood and then one hour wrapped in foil. Then out of foil for 15 minutes worth of basting with some Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. My 19 month old grand daughter ate two of them right off the bone.

Man I don't know what Texas' bbq, or smoked meats tastes like , but as much as I've seen folks rave about it I'm gonna have to try it before I die . We have a bbq shack close by and he has some really good eatin . Only thing is , when the meat's gone , he's closed until the next day.
