Need help with fuse block location

Hoping someone can help me out...

I'm trying to find out the correct location to re-install my main under-dash fuse block.
At the moment it's just hanging down,not attached to anything.

I have looked through my shop manuals but there is no illustration of where it should be located/attached.
According to the shop manual it is attached to the pedal support bracket?

Is it attached with clips or screws?
On inspection of the fuse block,it appears at one stage there were clips that may have been broken off.

Anyone out there who can help out?
Perhaps someone can post a couple of under-dash pics of the correct location?

There should be a slot in it that slides over a clip

I can't find any slot.
The fuse block looks like some tabs have broken off also.
What does the clip look like and where is it located?
