Hi, in 1985 I bought a 1981 Cordoba. I loved it like crazy but the winter here in the north side of the border are real bad for cars. 10 years later it was completely destroyed...But a few year ago I found one in a relatively good shape. Now I'm working on an hemi Gen III swap. It's slowly taking shape!

Doba QC: welcome to the forum!

Sounds like a great plan...more and more folks are starting to look at this alternative. It'll be interesting to see how your project progresses.

Quebec is vast and diverse. A like many areas of it. That said, the Canadian people are damn good people. I will awlays like and respect them as my own. Always. Welcome to a brotherhood of car people. Enjoy and cherish your old car.

Welcome from Manitoba! Being from Ontario, I know all about how salt destroys cars.

I loved my 81 Cordoba, but she's long gone now.
