Got a new project although it's not a FMJ. I bought a 67 Charger with no engine or transmission. I've got the perfect replacement sitting on an engine stand waiting for a project to come along - a rebuilt 58 392 Hemi. I was kind of hoping I could find a J Body that needed an engine but such is life. Anyway, I think I stole the car for a measley $500 - my buddy asked if the cops paid a visit yet lol! I've known about the car for several years which was when these pics were taken. Without further ado, here's some car porn:

Love this body style, very unique look to it. Love the front end with the hidden headlights, and fastback roofline and integration of the rear quarter windows. Don't see them nearly as often as the '68-on Chargers. Like the early AMC Marlins, too.

That's a pretty good deal... it looks like much of the important stuff is still with the car. I've never dreamed of owning one, but I do really like those cars. The factory-designed mini ducktail spoiler designed to stabilize the body for superspeedway use is a great addition to the rear.

The guy I got it from also has another 67 that could be available - 383/4 barrel/727. He's a paint/bodyman by trade so the car has been painted. I believe it runs but needs some carb work.
