what a hot beautiful day here in Saskatchewan. last time I had my car out it rained so it needed a bath. I have to say these cars do look good.

just got back from the track. got 2 passes in. first pass at 34* timing. 11.10 @ 123.54 mph with 1.68 60'. spinning about 60'. it was a nice clean pass except for the lack of traction.

I put the timing back to 32* for the second pass. motor liked it, ran 10.90 @124.50 with 1.60 60'. still spinning off the line by quit a bit. no traction compound tonight.

i was on the tree tonight, .072 and .098 reaction time.

all in all it was a good night, had fun. it's good to get seat time.

p.s. Capt, i got video!!

Yeah, like the other guys said. Excellent car!

You know, I think I'd cry if my car got rained on and kill myself if I had to drive it in the rain. Seriously.

Do you have any idea how long it took me to explain why I didn't want my wife driving the Volare in the rain?????
Yeesh.
My Caravelle does NOT get wet.
