Rear ISO mounts

Hi Guys,

Ok first of all I am about to fit FF upper control arms, do I need to use any grease for the A arm bushes?

The ISO rear, I maybe looking at this to simple, but can I get some 3/8 flat or what ever the thickness of the rubber is, cut to length, drill some holes in it for the spring bolt to locate in and then bolt it all together nice and tight?

As for the ISO clamps, you can make up steel plates to replace the rubber.

I think the tube through the control arm bushings gets lubed
