Is this a Chrysler distributor or aftermarket
Does it have mechanical advance? I'm going to guess you have a distributor for LEan Burn or Electronic Spark Control (ESC) and those have no advance at all in the distributor. It's all done in the spark control computer which would be mounted on the air filter housing.
Are you meaning it has 2 pickup coils inside? Some had dual pickups either with or without LB or ESC. One is used for "start", the other for "run".
What you need is a regular electronic distributor with mechanical and vacuum advance (along with the 4 or 5 pin ignition module and dual ballast resistor).
Any way you could post a photo of the dizzy you have?
