Yesterday we hit a high of 56° here in T.O.
Totally unheard of up here for January
Today, by this afternoon it'll be 17°
A 39° swing in 24 hours.
Swell..... :dontknow:

Ever see anyone grab for a winter coat in 80* weather? My dad was talking about that the other day, reminiscing about his commercial fishing days in the Gulf of Mexico. The day was a 100* plus when a cold front came in. Drop the temperature to 80* in a matter of minutes. Such a sudden drop that he was reaching for a coat.

What's that have to do with anything? Not much, really. lol

We've experienced the same thing this week, Cap.

Wednesday was in the 60's. Yesterday it went into the 30's with wind chills in the teens.

I don't mind, though. Last year we had such a wacky winter that everything was off kilter. The thermometer was doing a dance. Twenties one day, 40's the next, back into the 20's the day after, then 40's for a week.

Ack!!!
All the booze store parking is gone.
Every man for himself...park where you can today.
This is why we oil spray the crap out of our cars. :protest:

Not sure but I don't think so.
I think this storm is supposed to clash with Nemo and kick the crap out of the east coast.
I have a buddy in Nova Scotia and they're predicting somewhere around two feet of snow there.
Still coming down here.
Nothing like one wheel peel and all season whitewalls in this stuff.

It is just starting to snow here on the east coast.

This is why for me 4 wheel drive is not optional, it's mandatory, especially when it is a 50 km drive to anywhere for us.

I can see that.
In the city I can deal with it
But BIG snow in the outskirts...no way.
I hear you might get a good dumping out that way.
