I've been trying to bolt my stabilizer bar back into my car, and no matter what i do it doesn't line up on one side. I even took the center brackets back out and tried doing it that way. Still nothing. Its either the bar is bent or the torsion bars are not centered correctly. Any thoughts on this situation?

Yeah. I completely went through and rebuilt the front suspension last year. Ive been having problems with it since then. I just recently bumped the front up and it still doesn't fit right.

After not touching the stabilizer bar for awhile, I went under and tried messing with it again tonight. I had the steering aligned and the front adjusted to where i wanted it, and the bar still doesn't fit. I'm coming to the conclusion that the torsion bars must be off. Any suggestions?

I tried flipping it before, But it only fit the one way. The suspension has to be loaded to fit the bar? Sounds like the newer mopars.

Ramenth is correct.

Per the manual raise the lower control arm until 2 7/8 clearance between cross member ledge and torsion bar bushing flange on the lower control arm. This is design height. In your pics I don't see the lower con arms raised to design height.
