Hi Guys,

Ok I got my 360 fire up and there is a puddle of oil under it, I have bought a replacement seal, but the thing is the old one looked like a peace symbol but the new one is this,

Engine Oil Filter Adapter Gasket Fel-Pro 70522

does the kit only have one seal or is there a small one to go in the middle, see attach photo I have hand drawn what the old seal looks like.

Thanks
Bruce

Could use a little clarity, is it leaking with this gasket or are you looking to get the Felpro to fix said oil leak? From the little research I've done it appears this is what they make nowadays, hopefully someone who has tried it will chime in.

its leaking with the factory original peace looking seal, the replacement I have ordered is the ebay link, do I need any small gasket around the middle or is that just to locate it?

Also when you take the adapter off how much oil am I likely to loose? I suspect not a lot, want to leave oil filter on adapter and just change the gasket over if I can.

Do I need any high temp RTV sealer on the new gasket?
