Looking for a drivers side vent cable in good condition?

The left and Right side vent cables have different part numbers and different lengths.
The Right side is always even and are lower numbered than Left side part numbers are (when viewed from sitting in driver’s seat).

The one in the eBay picture is part number 3846070 – which will be for Right side. The OP is looking for the Left side cable (part number 3846071).
