74 and cloudy here and fixing to get cold and windy tomorrow but no snow.

Nice.
Weirdest January here.
Was driving around in the Fifth with both windows down.
We had lots of snow, long gone now.
Supposed to piss buckets tomorrow and around 60°
Then cold again....???!!!

It´s not the winter, it´s the salt on the roads.

I have an old Benz for wintertime, wich may rust away.

My "classics" have to stay inside, the whole winter.

I miss driving them . . . :-(

What year Benz? I love their cars up until the early '90's, then they just don't seem to be as durable/reliable as the Mercedes before. New one are just nightmares after about 2 years, nothing but problems

Same here.
You're right, THAT is the big pain about winter.
My Caravelle is in the garage till spring.
It was nice enough yesterday to pull her out
But the roads are still wet with "salt water"
So, no dice.

Way back when...
My brother had a '59 Benz.
Man that thing was a heavy solid car.
The front fenders felt like they were three inch steel.
Probably not really, but sure felt like it.
It was rough and
We'd always have to push start it popping the clutch
You try pushing that sucker.
